The service

InYourCorner provides an AI startup coach ("Iroh") for early-stage founders: conversations, morning briefs, milestone tracking, and related coaching features. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Coaching, not professional advice

Iroh offers coaching and general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Regulations, filings, and financial decisions vary by jurisdiction and situation — verify anything consequential with a qualified professional before acting on it.

AI limitations

Iroh's replies are generated by a language model. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for the decisions you make; use your own judgment, especially where money, contracts, or compliance are involved.

Your account

Keep access to your sign-in email secure — it is how you authenticate. You are responsible for what you submit to the service, and you agree not to use it unlawfully, to abuse or attempt to disrupt it, or to submit content you have no right to share.

Availability and changes

InYourCorner is an early-stage product. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InYourCorner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
